TiN film high-temperature discoloration prevention treatment

We have succeeded in the development of a coating that can prevent high-temperature discoloration after TiN treatment.

This is a proposal for a transparent coating that can dramatically improve the heat discoloration temperature after TiN treatment. It maintains the gloss of TiN in an environment of 850°C, enabling use in temperature ranges that were previously unusable with inorganic coating surface treatments.

Anti-seizing treatment for stainless steel screws "M Coat"

Prevent seizing of stainless steel screws and nuts!

The "M Coat" treatment refers to a Teflon-based lubricant film treatment developed by Maruemu Seisakusho as a measure to prevent seizing of stainless steel bolts and nuts. Tests conducted on stainless steel bolts and nuts treated with "M Coat" under conditions prone to seizing (3° wedge) showed that even after tightening five times repeatedly, no seizing phenomenon occurred, and no abnormal "galling" was observed on the threaded surfaces of both the bolts and nuts.

Stainless steel bolt seizure and galling prevention treatment.

It overturns the concept of stainless steel bolts seizing.

Are you having trouble with stainless steel bolts and nuts that won't come off? You can reduce the time and costs associated with replacement, maintenance, and inspection work. By applying our molten aluminum coating (Aluminize α treatment) to stainless steel materials, we can dramatically improve galling and seizure resistance to 1/80 of the original material. Additionally, removed stainless steel bolts and nuts can be reused. Heat resistance is also improved simultaneously. In an environment of 850°C, the durability of SUS304 with Aluminize α treatment is increased by 100 times.

[Case Study] Surface Treatment 'Odent Treatment'

High durability with no degradation in effectiveness even after 300,000 contacts! Compatible with manufacturing equipment for LCDs, organic ELs, etc.

We would like to introduce a case study of the anti-static treatment "Odent Treatment," which reduces the glass peeling and charging phenomenon. In the manufacturing process of liquid crystal devices, we received inquiries from customers who place glass substrates on an aluminum mounting table and perform various treatments. They reported issues such as "the substrate becomes charged during processing and sticks to the mounting table, causing the glass substrate to break or semiconductor devices to be damaged due to electrostatic discharge when trying to remove the glass substrate from the mounting table after processing." The solution that met these requirements was the anti-static treatment technology "Odent Treatment," which does not require decharging equipment on the mounting table. After its adoption, the glass substrates no longer broke, leading to improved yield in the manufacturing process. [Case Study] <Customer Inquiry> ■ The substrate becomes charged during processing and sticks to the mounting table, causing the glass substrate to break or semiconductor devices to be damaged due to electrostatic discharge when trying to remove the glass substrate from the mounting table after processing. <Feedback from Customers After Adopting Odent> ■ The glass substrates no longer break, contributing to improved yield in the manufacturing process. ■ We have been using it for several years, and its performance is still sustained. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Anti-galling treatment for stainless steel screws "M Coat"

Prevent seizing of stainless steel screws and nuts!

The "M Coat" treatment refers to a Teflon-based lubricant film treatment developed by Maruemu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a countermeasure against seizure of stainless steel bolts and nuts. Tests conducted on stainless steel bolts and nuts treated with "M Coat" showed that they could be tightened without seizing even under conditions that are prone to seizing (such as a 3° wedge). After tightening five times in succession, no seizing phenomenon occurred, and no abnormal "galling" was observed on the threaded surfaces of either the bolts or nuts.
